The average Vancouver West home price jumped substantially from around $2.15 million in December to around $2.3 million in January and 2.4 in February, 2011. The median price continued to edge up and currently it moved to a new height around $2.1 million after exceeding $2.0 million last month. Current price level is expected to maintain its momentum and the housing market for 2011 is expected to remain positive.
